Hydraulic system unloader TSHD Ostend
Onboard TSHD Ostend we have replaced and improved the existing hydraulic system for the bucket wheel drive, hoisting winch + travelling drive of the unloading system. Our scope included:
- Engineering, manufacturing and installation of a new power pack
- Replacement of all hydraulic motors
- Renewal of piping and hoses
- Flushing and pressure testing of the piping
In addition we have inspected the hydraulic system for the dredging installation, replaced several components and pipework + carried out various overhaul and maintenance work. The work took place in Poland during the 5-annual docking of the vessel.
