Hydraulic system TSHD "Middelburg"

For TSHD "Middelburg" - a 2.600m3 trailing suction dredger - we took care of the engineering, delivery and commissioning of the complete hydraulic system for the dredging installation and for the dry unloading installation. Our delivery includes the hydraulic powerpack with electrically driven auxiliary pump, a diesel driven main pump, control valves, manifolds + the cylinders and motors for the following applications:

- Luffing and slewing conveyor belts

- Suction pipe installation

- Swell compensation

- Loading pipe

- Jet monitors

- Hopper doors

- Dredging valves

- Windlass, fore mast and several small users

We also delivered and installed the complete piping system with hoses.
