Manifolds for self propelled trailer

A customer of ours manufactures self propelled trailers that have been specially designed for pulling and transporting cooling bundles up to 25tonnes. These trailers have a diesel powered hydraulic installation which allows the trailer to be easily converted into a self propelled machine. The controls of the hydraulic suspension and running gear had previously all been built from individual hydraulic components which resulted in lots of possible leaking points and also resulted in poor accessibility for servicing. We designed and supplied two special manifolds that largely overcame these disadvantages. After commissioning we provided the as-built documentation for the hydraulic system.
