Engineering hydraulic diesel power-packs
A Dutch marine and transport service provider has built seven diesel powered hydraulic power-packs for their rental fleet. We carried out the engineering of the hydraulic system and were also responsible for the commissioning of the hydraulic system. We worked in close cooperation with the customer and were involved with the following aspects.
Defining the system specifications
Drawing up a hydraulic diagram and parts list and specifying the components
Engineering of the manifolds and building 3D models
Integrating the 3D models in the 3D design of the power-packs
Assistance and guidance when assembling the power-packs
Commissioning the hydraulic system
