Hydraulic system self-propelled pontoon

On behalf of and in close collaboration with Holland Shipyards Group located in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, we delivered the hydraulic system for a self-propelled dredging pontoon, which will be used for underwater timber harvesting. Our delivery included the engineering of the system, delivery of the hydraulic components, delivery and installation of piping and hoses & commissioning the system for deck equipment and 3 thrusters with a total capacity of 310kW.

All piping was designed in the 3D model and prefabricated. This mainly to determine the most practical and feasible routing in the tight spaces.
