Isolation valve operation

Engineering, production, connection and commissioning of a manually operated hydraulic valve with no external power source for emergency closing.We carried out the engineering, production, connection and commissioning of a manually operated hydraulic isolation valve with unpowered emergency closure for  a well known supplier of   valves and actuators. The entire valve was made from stainless steel and we developed a special manifold with a built-in reservoir, including an integrated hand pump. The system was designed in such a way that the shut-off valve would close automatically at all times without the need for any external power source.
