Manifolds 500kW drive

A customer wanted to build a special test rig, using two hydraulic motors with large displacement. In close cooperation with our customer we have engineered special manifolds, filters and other components, creating a closed-loop hydraulic drive system with a maximum flow of 1.600lpm. Since it is a test set-up the components have to be connected by 2" hoses high pressure hoses. In order to minimize the amount of connection components, we equipped the manifolds with multiple connections per function port.
